A
family Know-how

                                                      passed from father to son

The Harvest

Grapes are harvested by hand. We need 2 weeks for 15 hectares.
The whole stalks are taken off to avoid herbaceous flavours in order
to have rounded tannins and the best quality .

The Winemaking method

Grapes are sorted when they arrive at the winery.
Vintages always reflect the grapes'state of health during harvest time.
The wines are kept in vats for a long time ( maceration of 12 days)
to developp complex aromas and  get more colour and tannins.

Maturing and Bottling of our wines

The wines age in vats between 6 and 9 months.
All our wines are estate bottled with an automatic bottling assembly line.
The Brouilly and the Chiroubles are bottled
in noma-corks, corks or screwcaps first .
The Morgon which needs to age more in vats is bottled later in the year.
