The Harvest Grapes
are harvested by hand. We need 2 weeks for 15 hectares.
The Winemaking method
Grapes
are sorted when they arrive at the winery.
Vintages always reflect the grapes'state of health during harvest time. The wines are kept in vats for a long time ( maceration of 12 days) to developp complex aromas and get more colour and tannins. |
Maturing and Bottling of our wines
The
wines age in vats between 6 and 9 months.
